Students are to take look at memorandums and create their own. Memorandums are type of documents which is used for formal brief communication where one calls the action for something, and persuades the audience for their reasoning.

Re: Call for working escalators and elevators
Escalators and elevators are essential for travel throughout the college. Students, faculty, and others should be able to get to their destinations swiftly. However, the NAC has seen some issues with escalators and elevators that don’t fully function. If this issue is not addressed, it will continue to pose hardships for people, especially the disabled and elderly.
The escalator that goes up to the rotunda hasn’t been running for a while now. The alternative of getting there would be the side elevators, in which most of the time are delayed, with crowds developing to take one elevator. There are floors with working escalators and others with escalators completely turned off. There needs to be a team of engineers that ensures the maintenance of working electric transporters. Being late due to defected escalators and crowded elevators shouldn’t be an issue when travelling through campus. People have shown their frustrations about this, especially about signs which have been up for long periods of time stating that the escalator is out of service temporarily.
